Why You Should Attend

This seminar explains the ethical rules that apply to legal writing and gives attorneys an ethical framework for drafting legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, contracts, and correspondence. Participants will sharpen their understanding of how ethical constraints apply to written legal work and ensure that their own written work does not run afoul of any ethics rule or standard.
